NJC Welcome Scott Gomez!

NHL All-Star Scott Gomez is working as a consultant and skills coach.

The New Jersey Colonials are excited to announce NHL All-Star Scott Gomez is working as a consultant and skills coach, including video review.

Scott was the 27th overall pick by the New Jersey Devils in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft.  He tallied 51 assists, 70 total points in his rookie campaign, earning him election to 2000 NHL All Star Game and The Calder Trophy as the league’s top Rookie.

Scott’s NHL career lasted 16 years with 7 different NHL teams including the Devils, Rangers, Canadiens, Sharks, Panthers, Blues and Senators.  He played a total of 1079 games in the NHL where he notched over 750 points, participated in two All Star Games, and won two Stanley Cups in 2000 and 2003 (both with the Devils)!
