Ryan Williams has been coaching youth hockey for several years. His coaching philosophy centers around strong character, attention to detail, being a good teammate, working hard, thinking fast and being fast. Ryan played football, ice hockey, baseball, and track & field through high school. He played youth hockey growing up in New Jersey and loved summer camp with his teammates at Howie Meeker Hockey School in New York. Ryan played defense in high school and in college.

Paul Genovese has been coaching for 4 years at the youth level. Paul’s coaching philosophy centers around hard work, making good decisions, and being a good teammate. Paul played lacrosse, ice hockey and track in high school. He was captain of Ridgewood High School ice hockey team his senior year.

Chris Gonnella has over 8 years coaching experience at the youth level. Chris’ coaching philosophy centers on hard work, being a good teammate, building good foundational habits, and improving a players skill in all facets of the game. Chris played forward and was a 4 year starter for Lafayette College’s ACHA – Division II Club Hockey Team where he was named an alternate captain during his senior season.
