Ilya Yavtuhovich returns as the NJC 2007 AAA head coach after leading them to the AYHL playoffs in 21-22. He has experience coaching 18U, 16U and 14U teams. His power skating, checking, skills and off-ice training are geared to bring out the highest potential of each player.
Coach Yavtuhovich played his youth hockey in New Jersey before moving on to the junior and pro ranks.

Alexei Yavtuhovich has over 20 years of youth hockey coaching experience. He coached with former NHL players Sergey Starikov and Alexei Kasatonov. While with Bridgewater, his 16U and 18U teams captured NJYHL and Atlantic District championships.
Coach Yavtuhovich is experienced in team building, skills development and power skating training. He has been a Spring Select program instructor for XHP, SI Admirals, NJ Huskies, Bombers and Protec.

Ryan Williams has been coaching youth hockey for several years. His coaching philosophy centers around strong character, attention to detail, being a good teammate, working hard, thinking fast and being fast.
Coach Williams played football, ice hockey, baseball, and track & field through high school. He played youth hockey growing up in New Jersey and loved summer camp with his teammates at Howie Meeker Hockey School in New York. Williams played defense in high school and in college.
