Jeff Dugan has been coaching since 2013 at high school and various youth levels. He enters his sixth season with the Colonials Girls program. He promotes skill development, hard work and having fun while doing it.
Coach Dugan played defense for most of his playing career. He was acknowledged by West Chester University as best defenseman his sophomore year and most valuable player his senior year.

Don Bennett enters his 6th season with the Colonials where he has served in various coaching roles from ADM – 10U. He enjoys helping younger players develop foundational hockey skills and good habits while keeping the game fun.
Bennett’s hockey experience includes coaching and general manager roles with William Paterson University’s ACHA Division 1 program for over 20 years. He played collegiately at William Paterson University and served as team captain during his senior season. He captained Toms River High School South to a McInnis Cup Championship and played youth hockey for the Toms River Hockey Club (8U – 18U).
Coach Bennett lives in Basking Ridge with his wife and two kids, who both play hockey.

Dennis Frischmann's coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, a team first mentality, fundamental development and nurturing a love for the game of hockey.
grew up playing ice hockey for Roxbury Jr Gaels, went on to play hockey at Pope John XXIII HS. He was a member of the 2003 MCHC Championship Team at the County College of Morris.
Frischmann also played Division 2 Men’s Lacrosse at Limestone College in 2001, where the team made it to the National Championship. He transferred to play Division 3 Men’s Lacrosse at Montclair State University and was a member of back-to-back ECAC Championship teams in 2004 and 2005.
Coach Frischmann lives in Great Meadows, NJ with his wife Lauren and three daughters, all who are playing or getting into ice hockey.
