Jeff Dugan has been coaching since 2013 at high school and various youth levels.  He enters his sixth season with the Colonials Girls program.   He promotes skill development, hard work and having fun while doing it.

Coach Dugan played defense for most of his playing career. He was acknowledged by West Chester University as best defenseman his sophomore year and most valuable player his senior year.

Mike Cavanagh has been involved with hockey for over 30 years. Mike’s coaching philosophy centers around growing the players' love for the game while working hard, having fun and being a good teammate.

Coach Cavanagh played hockey growing up and played football for his town’s youth and high school teams.

Justin Visconti is a seasoned hockey coach and player with a deep passion for the sport. He is dedicated to developing young hockey players, coaching teams at various age levels and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential.

With over 30 years of playing experience, coach Visconti brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching role. He is the proud founder of the club ice hockey team at UNC Charlotte, where he fostered a strong hockey community and provided opportunities for college students to continue their passion for the game.

Coach Visconti currently has two daughters lacing up skates with the Colonials
