Nate Nussbaum is currently a coach developer and the ADM Coordinator for the USA Hockey’s Atlantic District.
Nussbaum has coached all levels of youth hockey for the past 12 years. In addition, he has JV and Varsity experience with several local schools, including his alma mater, Kinnelon High School. He is the assistant coach of the Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley co-op program.

Kyle Conklin played his youth hockey with the New Jersey Freeze. He was a member of the Morris Knolls varsity that won the New Jersey State Public A Ice Hockey Championship in 2019.
Coach Conklin has worked with young players at the recreation level while attending college.
