Greg Fargo is currently the head coach of the PWHL New York Sirens and has an impressive resume of success in the NCAA with Colgate (D1) and Elmira (D3). He earned Coach of The Year Honors in 2021, 2018 and 2009.
Coach Fargo was named the ECAC West Most Outstanding Player and led Elmira College to the 2006 NCAA D3 Final Four.

Molly Berger grew up in Maryland. She played and coached girls and youth hockey at various levels.
Coach Berger's goal is to make players want to come back and play again next year. She lead the Colonials 16U AA team to the finals of the 2025 MAWHA Playoffs and served as an assistant with the NJYHL Champion 10U Major team.
