Ian Anderson is the Morristown Varsity Ice Hockey Coach. He was the 2015 Courier News Player of the Year at Bridgewater-Raritan. Went to ACHA Nationals at the University of Delaware.
Anderson believes in coaching habits and a style of play that make players and teams better. Attention to detail and the drive to improve every day separates players and allows them to continue to grow.

Jakob DeFares has been coaching for the past 3 years since graduating from the University of Delaware. Jake grew up playing for the NJ Colonials AA and AAA teams.
Coach DeFares played forward for 2014 and 2016 State Champion Morristown High School and finished with 85 points (46 goals, 39 assists). At the University of Delaware, he transitioned to defense and learned how to play both ends of the ice.
