Brett Brophy is also the Director of Tier II Scouting. He was a two-time NJ state champion at Delbarton playing under Coach Shatel.
Coach Brophy's teams are known for good structure and discipline. He believes in developing players both on and off the ice. His 18U AA teams made the USA Hockey National Tournament 2022 and 2024.

Kevin Delaney began playing with the New Jersey Rockets in his youth before joining the Colonials and Freeze during his time at Delbarton. He played for Coach Shatel for three years and won three state championships.
Coach Delaney enjoys creating a positive environment that emphasizes a selfless and fast-paced style of play.
Kevin is also involved with the NJ Rising Rebels (baseball) and takes pride in being able to help young athletes grow as players and people.

Rob Vizard returns to the Colonials, after 16 successful years coaching with the North Jersey Avalanche. Rob coached the Avalanche 18AA team the past 9 seasons. His teams qualified for the playoffs 8 times with two appearances in the Atlantic District National Bound Championship finals, winning 171 games (70% winning percentage).
Coach Vizard's teams are built on a foundation of hard work, teamwork with a never-give-up attitude. He believes in developing well-rounded players who are not only skilled on the ice but also possess a strong work ethic, mental toughness, and a passion for the game.
