Joe Ginsberg returns for his third season as an NJC Head Coach. He grew up and played amateur hockey in Massachusetts.
Coach Ginsberg's coaching philosophy is centered on complete player development – on and off the ice. It is focused on work-ethic, discipline, leadership skills and playing the game the right way.

Ryan Williams has been coaching youth hockey for several years. His coaching philosophy centers around strong character, attention to detail, being a good teammate, working hard, thinking fast and being fast.
Coach Williams played football, ice hockey, baseball, and track & field through high school. He played youth hockey growing up in New Jersey and loved summer camp with his teammates at Howie Meeker Hockey School in New York. Williams played defense in high school and in college.

John Kuhl joins the 15 Pure 2009 bench as an assistant coach after completing his college hockey career in 2023-24. Kuhl played most of his youth hockey with the Colonials. A strong and skilled defenseman, Kuhl played for St. Peter's Prep where he earned Defenseman of the Year honors as a senior. After St. Peter's Prep, he moved on to play junior hockey for 3 years before becoming a Red Dragon.
Coach Kuhl tallied 11 goals and 15 assists patrolling the blueline at SUNY-Cortland. In his senior year, he earned Third-team All-SUNYAC honors. Kuhl was named an AHCA All-American Scholar in 2020-21 and a member of the Dean's List.
