Brett Brophy joins NJC as the 18AA Coach and Director of Tier II Scouting. He was a two-time NJ state champion at Delbarton playing under Coach Shatel.
Coach Brophy's teams are known for good structure and discipline. He believes in developing players both on and off the ice. In 2022, his 18UAA team made the USA Hockey National Tournament in Irvine, CA.

Kevin Delaney began playing with the New Jersey Rockets in his youth before joining the Colonials and Freeze during his time at Delbarton. He played for Coach Shatel for three years and won three state championships.
Coach Delaney enjoys creating a positive environment that emphasizes a selfless and fast-paced style of play.
Kevin is also involved with the NJ Rising Rebels (baseball) and takes pride in being able to help young athletes grow as players and people.
