Joe Ginsberg grew up and played amateur hockey in Massachusetts.
Coach Ginsberg's coaching philosophy is centered on complete player development – on and off the ice. It is focused on work-ethic, discipline, leadership skills and playing the game the right way.

Chris Fersini returns for his second season with the Colonials 18U AAA team.
Coach Fersini grew up playing hockey in the New Jersey area. He served as a captain for both the Jersey Hitmen & Seton Hall Prep. Fersini finished up his playing days at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
